These terms govern your use of the Fillgo Chrome extension and related services. We've tried to keep them easy to understand.
Last updated: October 18, 2026By installing the Fillgo Chrome extension or creating a Fillgo account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use the service.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Fillgo.
Fillgo helps you fill in job application forms with the information you provide, and keep track of the jobs you apply to. The service includes:
Some features use automated tools, including AI, for example to read your CV or to match your details to form fields.
Fillgo helps you fill in forms. It does not submit applications on your behalf. You stay in control of what you send to any employer.
Fillgo is currently in public beta. During the beta, all current features are free, with no credit card required.
We plan to offer paid plans with additional features. We will let existing users know by email before any paid plan or usage limit is introduced, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
We do not collect any payments yet. Pricing and refund terms will be published here before paid plans launch.
Please use Fillgo only for its intended purpose: filling in your own job applications with your own information. You agree not to:
If these rules are broken, we may suspend or close the account.
You own your data. The information you add to Fillgo, such as your CV, profile details, and Job Tracker entries, stays yours. You allow Fillgo, and the service providers that help us run it, to process and store this information only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for checking what Fillgo fills in before you submit an application.
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing contact@fillgo.app.
The Fillgo extension, dashboard, name, logo, and related software belong to Fillgo. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond what you need to use Fillgo normally.
Fillgo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best, but we can't promise that:
Fillgo is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome, and you are responsible for every application you submit.
To the extent permitted by law, Fillgo's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Fillgo in the 12 months before the claim.
Fillgo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed job opportunities, employer decisions, or errors in information that you did not review before submitting.
You can stop using Fillgo at any time by uninstalling the extension and asking us to delete your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, especially Section 5. In serious cases, this may happen without prior notice.
Fillgo will keep changing, and we may update these terms when it does. If we make important changes, we will let you know by email or with a notice in the extension before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
If you keep using Fillgo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
